For FOUR YEARS we have been calling, faxing, and emailing about being charged THREE times for the same product order. Customer service has been rude, hung up on us, and promised credit, never to give it. We continue to be friendly and cooperate whenever asked for copies of statements, etc. We will pursue restitution any way we can now, and need to alert others through internet and social media about how corrupt and rude this company is. We have NEVER been treated so poorly nor been neglected and rejected so intentionally. They are thieves attempting to get away with what they can. They are getting away with it. Help stop them.
