Frank Rizzotto/RK Sport stated NO ORDERS would be filled and a refund would be issued. Our customer was then refunded only to find that Rksport never refunded us instead shipped a faulty product.

The following is our customers e-mail regarding this issue:
"The shipping carton was not damaged anywhere, I always check before the delivery person leaves. The spoiler looked like it had been dragged down a rock road behind a ATV.
Both forward tips looked like the part had been dropped on a hard surface deforming the almost sharp tips into mushroom balls.
Before I could compose the RMA request I received your
email that you had credited my account FULL for the spoiler so I threw the POS spoiler in the garbage can"
Frank Rizzotto is at best UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT,
an RUDE. We hope this serves as a warning to anyone else if they are considering doing business with RK Sport/Frank Rizzotto. We recommend steering FAR and AWAY from this company. Upon calling them Frank Rizzotto informed me that we would not ever get refunded for the product sent to our customer because they had the tracking number to prove they sent something and that was all that mattered. What a horrible excuse of a business!
