Ever since August 28 I was a paying customer to the USA Magazine Exchange. After I have paid my dues for the magazines that I should have been receiving, I have not received ANY of my magazines. I received them all the way up until I paid my last installment.
As you can see, I have not been a member for a year yet and I am not receiving any magazines. I called them and let them know that I was not receiving any magazines and no one answered. I called for 2 weeks straight. Finally, I let a message and someone got back with me apologizing for not receiving anything and they told me that they would give me a free year.
I then again, got fed up for paying so much money (over $500) and I haven't even got a full year of subscription when I should have got 4 years so I called them twice yesterday (July 20) and the phone number is disconnected. I am so angry that I lost out money. I needed that money because I am a college student who can't pay for school and I just got scammed.
I want everyone to know to not ever fall into this kind of scam. I want to take legal action about this but I do not know how. I hope that these people get caught and go to jail!!
