This is the second time the above company have taken money from my visa account. I am shocked that they can do this so easily. This is disgraceful. I never signed off on this. My first transaction was for a sample for a small amount of money. I decided to try it. Now they have taken over €600 from my visa. This is fraud, robbery. I am fuming. How could my credit card company allow such easy access to my account. I did not sign up for any ongoing deal. I am crying here. I phoned my credit card company. They asked me 3 security questions to get acces to my own account, yet they let these robbers go straight in and take yet more more money. I am chasing it up with MBNA and if they don't sort I will sue.
