I signed up for the three month plan. They took the money off my credit card, gave me a number for my girlfriend to use. After a week I finally find out that I had to put more money on the jail account too. So I did. I received 2 phone calls from her and now they are telling her that the account is blocked. Like others I have tried to contact them by e-mail and by phone and I am unable to get in touch with anyone. I do not work so for me to loose this money is very frustrating. I hope that someone will be able to do something about this before to many more people are ripped off. I called this number and got an actual person that said that the person would call me back but of course no one did. I plan on calling this number until someone answers me and gives me my money back. I am also going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. (Personal Info Removed)
