They sent out someone to repair a rock chip in my windshield. The chip was smaller than an pencil eraser. The genius repairing the chip decided that it would be a good idea to use a heat gun on a cold (42) windshield. Now I have a crack all thru all the window, and the company is telling me it is my fault. To quote Jonathan Scott, the person I spoke with "good luck on getting a lawyer".
