Similar to other stories I have read on Scambook.
I agreed to a trial of two Aqualift products for postage fee of about $2.98 each.
I did this online and did not read anywhere that there would be a followup or that I had to cancel in order not o receive their products in the future. I used my credit card to this purchase.
I received the two products but had no sense of their effectiveness so I did not do anything further, assuming that was the end of the story.
I was outraged to receive my credit card bill with 2 new charges of $63.95 and $62.95. They have no right keeping and using my credit card again.
I tried phoning but was kept on hold forever so I emailed my complaint yesterday, 3/19. Have had no answer yet. This company is fraudulent and should be charged accordingly and reported to the Better Business Bureau.
Can you help me recover my losses?
