I ordered these products online, advertised as Free Trial, pay postage only. They charged USD $3.95 for Kunulift/Vitaderm Dec. 19/11 then Aqualift/Vitaderm $USD 4.97 Dec. 20/11.1 Kunulift was shipped from San Diego, CA, now, Feb25/12 another Kunulift from Salt Lake City. 1 Aqualift was shipped from Surrey, BC, Canada, another was received and returned to Salt Lake City. Both were chg'd in Jan/12 as noted above.
When Visa stmt arrived, I emailed again, phoned again, and again to cancel. I was allergic. Both of these products are imported
via parent company called ALIBABA, in Beijing, Communist China.
I then filed a complaint ID# 8904570 with BBB, San Diego, CA.
I am currently waiting for my next visa stmt to see if any further charges are made. I will now file a BBB complaint in Salt Lake City. Do you have any suggestions as to future procedures I might
use to recoup these charges. These charges are only to Jan/12 stmt, FEB/12 STMT REMAINS YET TO BE SEEN, POSSIBLE DAMAGE $309.72. Thank you for your efforts
