Today, I had another encounter with the Supervisor at my local Goodwill. I was at the jewelery counter looking at a purse and reviewing some video games. A Cashier was helping me and discussing a problem she noticed with the games. I sat the purse down next to me as we spoke. When all of a sudden this rude Supervisor walks up and gabs the purse next to me while telling the Cashier to help the next person in line. I did notice the store getting crowded but for her to just walk up and act like that was rude.
The first time she was rude was when I was purchasing a heater and she was checking me out. All of a sudden she says, "Ohhhh NO". She got on the speaker system and called the manager. He came over to the counter and she said, "This price is wrong". Never said anything to me just stopped everything and held a conversation with him in front of me. Then they changed the price. I was so upset and shocked, I just paid and left the store.
I spend a lot of time and money at this store. For the most part the people there are nice and helpful. This person has a horrible attitude and been rude to me not once but twice now. If the store wasn't so busy I would have confronted her, but I think putting my concerns in writing is the best solution. Hopefully, someone will speak with her regarding this issue.
