I signed a contract for a walkin tub. 11/18 the tub was installed 12/16 to contact mr. Jacoby 12/17 and I called Mr. Jaab neither answed their phone
I was contacted by Mr. Jaab on 12/19 I told him that the tub Mr. Jacoby installed was the wrong tub Mr. Jaab Came by that eveing around 5:30 PM he
looked at the tub said it was the wrong tub an he would have it replaced with the
correct tub. He asked if I could bear with him for about three weeks until a new
tub would be installed. I said that I would an he left. After three weeks Icalled Mr. Jaab an he didn, t answer I called Mr. Jacoby no answer. Icalled the Compamy. I was told that Mr. Jaab was no longer with the Company. I explained
to the person that answered the phone. What I was told by Mr. Jaab that prson told me that he was sorry but they couldn, t do anything for me.
