I contacted this Companys owner Rebecca Pollard about possibly buying a Kit to convert a 2 wheeled Motorcycle over to a three wheeled Trike, I saw her ad on ebay but the kit advertised was not quite what I wanted, I asked about a kit with certain features, I was told she had such a kit, I described in detail what I wanted, She sent me a PAYPAL invoice, I questiond the kit and the amount it did not clarify as to a particular feature was included, Rebecca sent another invoice via PAYPAL that was $900.00 more but did list the feature, (A TRUNK). After She got my Money It was a long delay in getting the ordered kit, Rebecca at first claimed it was delayed due to getting a contract with a new fiberglass shop. I believed and trusted her, and after 3 months she started telling me the kit will ship but would not give a date, instead she said next week or next Tuesday eyc, I asked for specific date, I started getting sarcasm and insults from Rebecca.
When kit did arrive nothing went together as she stated it would, there were no instructions, Bolts were not correct size, Body section poorly designed, would not fot unplaced excessively high on the frame, I asked Rebecca to work things out, she refused, I told her give me a detailed Itemized list of how much each part cost, she would not give the list, I looked up prices other vendors were selling body's for, I told Rebecca to refund Body Cost based on my findings at other kit vendors, She offered only to give me back amount it cost her to get body, not what she charged me for it, I have filed complaint with www.ic3. Gov and The BBB, I asked Pay Pay to look into matter for me PayPal refused, I had my Credit card company withdraw payment, under a dispute, Payment was withdrawn then Pay Pal get into the game, by delaying longer wit their own investigation, so my money is still being held up but now by PAYPAL. I am finding out that PayPal Policys are there to assist the Criminals Not the Victim, I will soon Lodge a Complaint stating this with www.ic3. Gov and the BBB
