On October 23 I used PayPal to purchase RegCure from ParetoLogic for $29.95. When I received my invoice from SafeCart, it was for $39.90. ParetoLogic charged me $9.95 for a second software program (Privacy Controls 2.0) that I neither ordered nor wanted.
I complained to ParetoLogic, but they ignored me. I complained to PayPal and they simply refused to do anything.
I filed a complaint with the BBB today and I suggest that all of you do the same. PayPal should not be allowed to do business; they are acting in concert with unscrupulous vendors.
All you have to do is go to www.bbb.org to file a complaint. I did, and now I am going to file a complaint with the BBB about ParetoLogic as well.
