So I ordered a pair of vans off this website thinking it was just another great sale, but I later found out that they don't send people what they ordered. Today I got a package in the mail from the person I bought the "shoes" from and all that was in the package was a pencil. I filed a complaint on this website and on paypal, but nothing had happened. The paypal dispute closed and it wouldn't let me open it again. So I came back to this website as a final chance to get my money back. So please help.
