I responded to a pop-up advertisement for a free trial offer for Revivagenix & was debited through my debit card $4.71 (£2.97) by Health Store for postage & package on 03/01. On the 03/132012 my debit card number was used to illegally debit $138.20 (£88.00) from my bank account by Health Store for no service, or supply of any article & for no reason, or any advice given by them for what this could possibly have been for.
