Collection agency fiasco

I had a parcel delivered to me last August 3 and paid for it with my debit card. On Dec 24th I recieved a suspicious letter from a collection agency called RMS out of Montreal Canada telling me I owed RMS about a hundred dollars for some reason. No indication was given as to who I owed the money to. I had not received even one call, (although they say they called 3 times at like 10:30 pm). I never recieved these calls. I had not recieved any indication I owed anyone anything so I took the letter to the RCMP fraud squad and let them have the letter. I began getting harrassing telephone calls, sometimes 3 or 4 calls a week about paying this bill of which I had no knowledge or indication of. I finally contacted UPS through the internet and they promised to take care of the situation and send me a proper bill. They have not done this and 3 months later I am still getting these harrassing calls from their bulldog collection agency. They have not done as they promised and taken me out of the collection agencys paws and now I am fighting to keep my credit rating from being affected as a result of this stupid mistake on UPS's part. I am not aware that I have done anything wrong as they have yet to send me a real bill or anything. They threw me to the collection agency dogs without due diligence and I would like them to compensate me for the damages done to my credit rating and the time wasted on the dozens of calls I am subjected to unfairly. These pigs should be held responsible for this fiasco.
