I had signed up for the trial package, although I thought it hadn't been charged because it said that there was an error. Over a month later I received the trial package. I had emailed the company letting them know I don't want it. To refund it if possible (it was only 7.99?). I was again charged 89.52 the next month. After I said I wanted to refund the previous order. I called the number that is lusted next to the transaction detail. It says the call cannot be completed.
