I received a message that my laptop's Window's security and virus app needed updating and it was impossible to shut down, escape or change sites so basically u are forced to install this supposed app. I already had another protection app and knew it was current but thinking it was A Windows app I felt ok about it. Then I saw a couple messages saying I had two security devices which could be a problem. I tried to find it and uninstall but obivously nothing was installed. It also seems to be going up. I want my money back.
