All customers that will contact you meet loan criteria (s), are actively seeking REFI or Purchase loans. REFI applicants have loan values at 200k, current rate of 5.25, and can go thru a successful appraisal.
The bad new is with the FHA REFI loans, we can only bring you applicants that qualify for conventional loans. Based on the MI increase REFI’ing into new FHA loans is not a safe investment for us
Our service is simple we do all the front end work to drive the 50 customers to call you direct to REFI their current Loan or wanting Purchase Loans. Your LO’s take the application and are guaranteed Six (6) closed loans, with a set cost of $249 per funded loan. Based on the current loan criteria a good LO should close 1 out of every 6 leads or less.
