I was checking my account and noticed that a check in the amount of 99.49 was deducted their was no name for where the money went. I called my bank and was told that it was from premiere membership club i then contacted them can never get a customer service rep only an operator they called me back said it would be 15 days for a refund still haven't received and today is the 3/14. I am on dialysis with 3 kids my grandson and my sister i need my money for diapers and gas to make it to dialysis and to pick my grandson up from daycare i didn't authorized this and they can't provide documents that say i did. Please can someone help me
