When I verified my HSBC checking acct. On 04/15 I noticed there was a deduction of $99.49 which I did not authorized at all. I called HSBC Bank - customer representative that I am disputing this charges. They are now and still investigating it. No further debits shall be accepted. Also an HSBC agent gave me their phone # 818-380-5710 Premier Membership Club. I contacted this people and spoke to named Chloe 04/16 and Ashley 04/23 asking the status of my refund. Ashley said a check refund is in process and to expect it in 30 days. Please resolve this matter ASAP.
