I was told that the charge would be one dollar ($1.00) for shipping and handling of the free sample but I was charged three dollar and eighty-seven cent ($3.87) and one dollar and six cent ($1.06) on the same date. Afterward, on January 25 they removed seventy-four dollar and forty-one cent ($78.41) from my account and than on February 22 they removed eighty-four dollars and thiryt-six cent ($84.36) from my account. When I call them on February 22 regarding the money, they said they did not remove the money and asked me to fax them a copy of my bank statement showing they removal of the charges and I did faxed them a copy of the statement showing that removal that day February 22. My money have not been return as of today, March 13. I am still waiting.

In addition, they told me I could not get back the seventy-four dollar and forty-one cent ($78.41) since it was after the 14-day trail period. At the onset of my transact with them, I informed them I did not want any monthly charges on my account but I try it. All product has been returned to them informing them not to send any more and closed my so call subscription with them written on the packages. Altogether, they have removed one hundred-sixtyseven dollar and sixtyseven cent ($167.67) from my account that I want back.
