Cash Advance ripoff my checking account Web Internet

I submit to a loan on line for a cash loan of five hundred dollar. I put in my bank and personal information then they saud that i couse get one hundred and it would be in my account the next day this was all did on 12/06 on 12/10 when i went to the bank my account balance was $175 dollar and no cent so now this
a hundred dollar that i don't know were it came from on 12/11/04 i go shoping my thing's come up to $60. Dollar and no cent i try useing my card and it say funds not available so i call the bank they give me a number to call i call they give me a web to e-mail

I do all this and still don't have my money back and no one has e-mail me back yet. I did not sing no paper work are give them the right yo take my money out, now my grandkid will have nothing for christmas. Please help me. Thank you
