Fake, poor-quality item delivered and refund request unanswered

I ordered two items from this website and have just received one. It is a fake and doesn't even look anything like the product that I ordered. It is also very poor quality and has a strange-looking yellow stain on it. I have contacted the company and asked for a refund, but they have yet to reply.
