I got sent a letter in the mail stating that i have won 2,536, 092.23 dollars. The letter stated it wanted me to initial and sign a express notice tracking form, and send it back to them, With a payment of 20.00 via, check, cash or money order made out to "FAA". From all I have talked to and researched online, this is a scam.
Don't fall prey to this scam as it is used to get money from you saying it some sort of a transaction fee. I didn't fall for this.
