Irene Bromberg continues to front for the Russian mafia in Toronto and her husband who is in jail for fraud by the name of Vadim Tsatskin.
She has called me a fraud on line. The reason I had and have an investigation against me was because he husband told me that he had a legitimate oil and gas business he wanted to promote when I was introduced to him by Robert Geller and I agreed to work with him. All of it was a total sham and scam and I was totally set up to take a major fall.
When people ask me how I went bankrupt and I advise them it was a result of a deal with some Russians that precipitated my downfall. I advise them I was never comfortable from the start and in hindsight I should have gone with my gut feelings and not stayed any length of time.
I was never comfortable from the start although I thought if I worked hard and also focused on making sure all the proper legals were in place everything would work out ok. It was a nightmare from the beginning and decended into total chaos with Vadim Tsatskin threatening me and abusing me and I feared for my life with me pushing to have the wells drilled, for the investors to be paid their royalties on time and to treat the wells that were not performing well after the flush production had finished. However, I stayed for a time as I wanted to make sure the people investing in his company, Global Energy Group would receive the right royalties and that as clients they were honored. It cost me my life and everything I had. I am no youngster anymore and I fear for my future.
Everything to do with the inside of the deal was hidden from me. It was a conspiracy as I found out later
set up by Vadim Tsatskin and two people in Kentucky by the name of Bryan Coffman and Gary Milby in
2005.
I was set up as a trusting fool - and totally set up by Vadim Tsatskin for to take a major fall. He kept trying to set me up and I dodged most of his tries. When he found out I would not be complicit with him he stopped paying me any money. I stayed making no money for a few months to support the interests of the investors, until I could not stand the abuse and fearing for my life any longer. For months after I left when I saw a Black Escalade or a Black Hummer or a Green SUV coming up behind me while I still had my car, my heart started to pound.
He is a lifetime career criminal from stealing cars to having his mother, Faina Tsatskina hid all the
money he stole from investors in trusts set up by Bryan Coffman. I was present when these things were being set up and also have written materials in my possession to this effect or the facts were verbally
told to me by Vadim Tsatskin.
I had always been in past a strong individual until this experience.
I became a total wreck and left the company fearing for my life and reported Vadim Tsatskin to the Toronto Police as a fraud for pushing me to give people wrong data who were clients and I would not be party to it any longer when I found out the information he was giving to me and all the other people working for him was a total scam.
Irene Bromberg continues to try to cover like she is some kind of angel. She reported what I had spent some money on which occurred while I was still duped that the deal was real by Vadim Tsatskin. She commented on my judgement and how I spent my money. Her husband promised me a small percentage to start with until the first two drilling programs were finished and a further percentage of net profits once each drilling program was complete.
I kept asking as time passed and then without any notice, he came into my office with Gino Kaplun and told me that he could not afford to pay me the small percentage nor the percentage of net profits I had expected from negotiating with him in the beginning. I worked very hard to make sure the legals were right. However I realize after the fact it was all a total sham and I feel like a total fool for trusting Vadim Tsatskin.

$ 200,000 in diamonds which her husband bought from Eliot Feder and had Bryan Coffman wire funds to Eliot Feder or the owners of the diamonds who were his clients, furniture for their house, a white Escalade, a pool at the house, and the list is lengthy.
The facts I have reported on the internet are the totally correct without any fraudulent statements to the
best of my knowledge and understanding. I gathered all these facts and figures from what Vadim Tsatskin personally reported to me or I learned in a couple of meetings with the lawyer, Bryan Coffman who helped him in setting up trusts in Panama and Cypress.
I life was totally destroyed from the experience. I developed an imbalance in my brain from PTSD from the experience which has been commented with the severity like a warzone experience stayed in check until I went bankrupt in 2009 as a result of being heavily shortchanged from Vadim Tsatskin and the abuse I suffered. I have what has been diagnosed by leading medical professionals as bipolar disorder as a result of the abuse and mobbing... And being terrorized by Vadim Tsatskin, Mark Grinshpun and Gino Kaplun plus Michael Schaumer.
From the time I left, the projects I worked on provided some monies for me. However with the downfall in the G8 nations starting in I was not able to keep my head above water.
I challenge anyone to refute these facts. I have only reported what I learned from Vadim Tsatskin reporting different facts to me and observing what occurred while I was still working before I left as
a total wreck in the office, the field and a couple of meetings I was allowed to attend with Vadim Tsatskin and Bryan Coffman.
His wife is just trying to achieve a coverup just like her husband to take the spotlight off herself and the
Tsatskin family and looking to set me up again. Sorry there is little or no truth in what she reports.
The reports I provided on the internet were to warn people to stay clear and to question the intelligence of certain regulatory bodies in extending licenses to questionable businesses under the family umbrella most which can be seen referenced on the lst page of google if you type in 'Irene Bromberg'. It is called Grapes of Wrath and shows a tree of all the companies listed and intermingled. Most of them are listed there. They were followed for a time by a toronto paralegal, who questioned himself the legitimacy of all the companies at Suite 400,2727 Steeles Avenue West.
Irene Bromberg has no legal or truthful basis on which to refute these facts. Any of her reportings will be a scam and a total sham. Please be wary.
This will be my last reporting. My purpose as I have said is to save people from my similar experience or giving any monies to these people.
