I was sucked in by the "Free Trial" offer. Only pay shipping. Then I never received the product for close to 6 weeks. When I noticed the charges on my credit card I called. Funny thing the number did not work from my calling area. Finally got a number to call and they notified me I had only 15 days from the original free order date to cancel. They were rude their customer service is a joke and it's a big SCAM!!!
