I answered my phone and an automated voice came on telling me it was my captian speaking and he wanted me to answer a few questions and that i would get two free all inclusive cruise tickets. So I answered the questions and then talked to a women who verified my phone number and got my postal code. Than i was instructed to visit surveycruise.com and log in to verify my information. Upon trying to log in i found out that my account was never created or the information was entered incorrectly. So eventually a page came up where i could email the company and figure out what the problem was. I completed this page and when i went to submit it, I was told that there was an error with the page and my problem couldnt be submitted.
