Purchased a pair of boots through their website and payment was taken immediately. About a week later we got an email to say the boots we had ordered (which the website had said were in stock) were, in fact, not in stock and could we choose a different pair. Which we did. About a week went by and we got another email stating that the next pair was also out of stock and could we choose another. At this stage we started to suspect they had no intention of supplying the boots and requested a refund. Wholesaleuggsonline is now ignoring all our emails. Avoid this website. It is just a scam!
