On Nov. 1 Randall Roger sent me a bill for $7929.21 for back mainteance owing and attorney fees. On February 22 I was informed that his fees were now $13,000.00. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of the fees, I got no response. He has refused to communicate with me on these fees.
