I ordered three download keys "certified" by Microsoft for Microsoft Office Student Edition 2010. I was unable to download the program, and then received the actual disks for Christmas. I tried to contact them to get a refund, and only received troubleshooting and download instructions. If you try and call the company, they are constantly "unavailable and helping other customers" and there is no follow-up message or operator available. I am still trying.
