I ordered microsoft office home and student 2010 thru this company. I received a copy of a gmail with directions to a link to mediafire.com. I followed the directions to the link to download the program, but was informed the link is invalid. Attempts to contact Sharp Media Experts via phone I get a message saying they are sorry they are unavailable to take my call, and please send an email and they will contact me. No responses have been received from Sharp Media Experts.
