Locked up my laptop and would not let me do anything. It said i had to buy a service for life time anti virus, it cost $79.95, so i bought the program. I thought i bought the program from the microsoftware, but after bought my laptop did not have any service to anti virus. What can i do now? I do not have any infromation about the videocaverpro.com. I need help to get my money back.
