Laptop locked up. Got messages that I had to purchase anti virus software before I could use my laptop. Paid the $79.95 online; thought I was purchasing Norton Antivirus... Wrong... Just found out today, 2/2, that I have NO ACCOUNT AND NO PROTECTION with Norton.
