I had talked to a customer rep of DirectTV to get a extention on my bill I was told I had until the 23rd of this month at 12.00 midnight I explained that was fine and the full bill would be paid I woke up this morning on the 20th and my cable was off I called Direct TV customer service and spoke with a lady that sees the extention and said sorry there was nothing she could do. I have been a long term customer of Direct TV and can't believe this is how they treat thier valuable customer I explained to the lady I am going to pay the 164 as planned but I will be going back to Dish network since I still have thier dish.
