Letter stating won sweepstakes promotion from cadbury world, get in contact with Marc Arnold in promotion dept and bank (charles gibson) verifies winning tickets #s, sets up offshore account for you to transfer winning to your own bank account. Found the same letter in scam forums - Dumb to have hope up and security low.
