I checked back bank statements and found that £10 a month has been taken from my bank account for the last 14 months by shopperdisc.co.uk (totalling £140). I phoned the bank but they could not put a stop on this. I phoned the company and they have now 'closed my account' which they say I 'signed up to' when purchasing airline tickets. They have agreed to return £30, but say they cannot return more. When pressed they agreed to send me a claim form which they might consider. This is a total scam and I see that many people have been caught by this same company.
