I bought the tickets for the Hawaiian Flower Excibit in PA. The pick up was in the Forest Hills area in Queens, NY... The whole tour experience was from hell IN 20 years i live in NYC i've never had experienced that kind of svcs as that day. It took about 2,15 mins to PA with one rest stop on it's way. There was i belive 2 or 3 some sort off technical issues with this but. This bus number was 58 and the name of the driver was Lev... The skills of the tour operator was poor and she didnt know what she was doing at all, i dont even believe that she is certified on that leven to be one... When we got to PA she was just so ignorrant, didnt want to show those 54 or so ppl who was on the bus n e thing tour wise, it's like we werent even excisting at all. Then after 5 hours 15 mins passed we had to meet the bus outside which had to be pick up at 5:30pm, the bus was late and get this, it wasnt the same bus that we got in in NY. The bus was from absolutely a different company. I've noticed the DOT agent by the door when we've arrived in PA, but the tour operator was quite about the matter both times even if we asked on what was the story, why the bus was changed... So, when we got into the bus, she had our bellongings in lil black bags and everything was missplaced. PPL was so angry, she was just screaming and being rude with them... My IPhone was stolen as well and i didnt want to make a scene on the bus because it was full of ppl over 60 and i didnt want to be so impolite, but there also was so cold and seats were broken in this bus, when we i meant i and ppl tried to talk to the tour operator, she was so ignorrant and didnt want to do anything... When we got to NY it was pretty late, when she got out of the bus in Brooklyn, the i got to talking to the driver who picked us up in PA, he told me that the office has to call him up to where he was coming from and it was from Deer Park, Long Island and and it's about 4 hours drive to PA, he didnt know what was going on and even had mentined that the tour operator was purposly asked the driver on had AC on. Upfront the bus it was warm and on the back it was so freakin cold i cant even describe that, about 10 bellow or so, and nothing was done about that... All i want now is the justice here, i want my phone back and they dont even wana settle that matter, I've called, I've emailed them, nothning, just nothing, it's just so sad. My next move will be every single news station in NY to show and let ppl know what and who those ppl are. Thanks for listening...
