They are experiencing technical difficulties which keep you from being able to log in to get the downlaod you purchased. Several attempts to remedy (approx. 45 minutes on phone each time). Resulted in various excuses for why it didn't work. Their remedy was to "try" to sign in with another email address or wait 60 days for my money back. CAUTION!!! Don't TRUST or you will be ripped off
