I ordered a sample of Hydroxitone and Bellaplex for a $1.99 each container, on trying the product I broke in to a rash on my face. I sent an e-mail cancelling any further orders. I received an e-mail saying any further orders would be cancelled and I was welcome to cancel the order any time which I did. I find the company has taken the money from my account. I had an e-mail saying my order was cancelled. Why I have I been charged $175.
