I received a Fax from the above mentioned Bank, signed by Mrs Martinez Lorente, Bills and Exchange Manager, Tel. 34 672974706 Fax 34 961130978 showing a REF: 01/998/AB/07 informing me that I am the next of kin family representative of their deceased Customer Dr. Erin E. Cerone. Mrs Lorente declared to have put in place all necessary documentations concerning the release of USD $22,500, 000.00 kept in the Bank Vault to me as a sole known heir of the deceased Dr. Cerone. Upon my acceptance to cooperate with her and the Bank, I have to agree that 40% of this money will be for me as a foreign partner while 60% will be for her and her colleague there at the Bank. She supplied me with an official Sworn Affidavit of Claim registered in the High Court of Justice Valencia Spain, signed by Justice Jose Carpena and legalized by Barr, Carlos Perez of Perez and Associates. She also supplied me (by Fax) a Notification of the Exchange Control Approval in my favour (Giovanni Cerone of United States of America, with control number -445-01732-55/AB Exchange control number: 44501732-55-/AB2011 BVAA-VAUL DEPARTMENT) and mentioning the Approval Deposit Code Number MAD/G8/19Z9218760000/AZX requesting the following: Copy of my identification and my account information which I have to fill in the form upon my arrival while signing for the release of this deposit. I have been adviced to contact the Head of the Bank Insurance Vault Department to book my appointment before my arrival in Madrid. Signed by Anthonio Sanches, Head Accounts. Also I have been supplied with a copy of the Death Certificate stating that Dr Erin E. Cerone had a car accident and died with all his family in Barcelona the 12 of December. The last message from Mrs Lorente received March 5 says that she has already given to me every assurance that I need to complete this transaction, that I should understand that this transaction is hundred percent real if not the Bank will not ask me to go to Madrid in person. She said that everything is in my hands to conclude. She offers still to work in this transaction together. She wonders why I am hesitant after all the trust she put in me and why now that every thing is ok now I risk to spoil the transaction for her. She suggested that I follow the instruction of the Bank for us to claim this deposit.
