I compared several websites to decide which one is better, and decided to go with Match.com. However, when I went to put my credit card number, I put it by mistake on the Ourtime.com since I had them all on my screen. Once the confirmation arrived, Irealized I made an error, and I immediatly searced the Ourtime.com website for a customer service number or a cancellation option. When searching the website to void the transaction I discovered that all they do is stop future automated charges to my credit card, but do not provide ANY refunds, even when charged in error and when they did not provide any service. I was shocked to discover that they intended to charge my credit card automatically beyond my initial 3 months!!!
Also, if you create a "free" profile with Ourtime.com, but do not sign up for membership, you will notice you "have mail" first one, then two emails to entice you to sign up. If you sign up to read your mail, you will discover that they are dummy profiles to trick you to sign up!!! When you try to open those email you think you received, there are messages telling you those individuals no longer have profiles. While Match.com and other competitors' websites provide a week free trial memberships, Ourtime.com don't give refunds even for voided transactions for eroneous charges, and they use fake messages to trick you to sign up.
Call your credit card and discpute the transactions and better Business Bureau, l FCC everybody you can.
