I used Ourtime March and it was ok but it was not for me. I had trouble on the site in March and they helped me and I guess they had me sign up when the 6 months were up it would bill my credit card. When time went by I received my Sept American Express bill early Oct and I tried to cancel on line Oct 15th and Oct 16th I thought they were going to credit my Card back. They told me they cancelled my profile and I did not receive the daily messages anymore from them. I received my Oct bill in Nov. And did not check to see if I was credit the money back. Stupid me and in Dec I noticed I had interest on my bill and this was not normal because I pay my bills in full and I wanted to fiqure this out before Christmas and I fiqured this out at the end of Jan that the balance I was carring was around $90 - and it was the Ourtime charge was not added back. I have not been on the site except Oct 15th trying to cancel and I called Oct 16th number on credit card bill and I received a Survey from Ourtime and the daily emails from Ourtime stopped and When I called American Express Feb 4th they called Ourtime and I was talking to them and they said they had no record of me calling even though there daily messages stopped when I made that phone call on Oct 16th and was told they were going to credit my card it did not happen and it takes more than a month to look at your statement later more than 60days have gone by. Also I have not used the site since oct 15th and it is now Feb 4th and Our time says I get nothing back because they have no record calling even though I received the survey on Oct 16th and emails stopped from Ourtime as if I quite and they said my membership is good til March 15th and I get nothing back. I am very disatified with Ourtime.com
