Upon attempting to change my account from my ex-girlfriend's name to mine, I was initially denied because I only had an expired Drivers License, but had a valid Federal ID. If this company would pay their employees above the minimum wage, they may get above minimum employees! Also, how nice of the facility to slip in a rate hike after 5 months. These people are thieves!
