Microsoft
Keyboard and Mouse Bundle Warranty Refused After Two Months

I bought it from Softech Infosys, Kollam, Kerala, India
and after 2 months when I went for the warranty with bill they told they have nothing to do with the warranty as Microsoft is not giving products any warranty from 2012 onward, But my friend who bought it from other place got his Microsoft product replaced quickly with no issues.

Whom should I believe, and after some serious enquiry I learned that warranty is available but I don't know who approach..
