Horrible experiences here as a two-year member! They have mismarked prices that the management doesn't honor. Last time I left without large purchases AND left my valueless membership card with the checkout employee. They are not worth the membership.
They have an end cap of large area rugs with one sign that says "Hampton 8 x 10 rugs for $99.99"
As an employee pulled it for me, he commented on the price and design as good also. But when we went to the register, the rug had no price tag or other information on it all all. When the manager checked the display for a price she said it would cost me $199.99 because even though the sign said $99.99 that rug would cost more and that there was improper signage over this rug display. She proved her point when she pulled a hidden sign from behind the rug display that said "Riviera 8 x 10 rugs for $199.99! Since the rug didn't say either Riviera nor Hampton on it and the larger priced sign was hidden I asked for the lower price. She refused. I then asked her to meet me halfway where I'd actually pay only $150 and they'd need to come down $49. Even that was refused to me. Ridiculous! I will never shop there again
