Won't honor posted price. Rude employee that claims to be ignorant too

I tried to purchase a pack of Marlboro cigarettes at the price they had posted on 2 signs above the display. The store clerk told me that was an old price and ripped down the sign... The other sign was still there. I told him that by law he was supposed to honor the price posted. He then ignored me and helped another customer. I waited, and repeated that I wanted them at the price posted, and pointed out the other sign still there. He ripped that down also. He told me he wasn't going to sell them for the price posted and tried to ring them up at another price. He said he doesn't know anything about the law... He also doesn't know anything about good customer service and suspect he doesn't care. I told him that I was going to make a complaint.
