My name is Amanda Mannion. I have been working at this Dunkin Donuts for a year now. I have some serious concerns about both the manager, and assistant manager here. First of all, the assistant manager who is a man, is a PERVERT. I AM NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING EITHER! He has tried to kiss me, touch and grab my private areas, he HAS to touch me whenever he walks by me, and he makes me and every other girl there feel VERY uncomfortable. As for the manager, her name is Amelia Martinez. She degrades her employees on a daily basis, she makes us work overtime but she will not pay us the overtime rate we deserve (which I am pretty sure, is ILLEGAL.) She is very rude to the customers all the time, and I have seen her get in a lot of heated arguments with the customers. She thinks she can walk all over everyone, and that nothing can do anything about it. Well guess what? I'm doing something about it, and I will NOT give up. I will keep going until these two people are fired from there jobs because these are the type of people that should not be representing Dunkin Donuts. I understand and love the face that the Dunkin experience is supposed to be enjoyable and fun! Well, dont come to 145 Thorndike Street when Amelia and Julio are working, because you won't find it there. I am a hard worker, I have never called out, I have never been late, I treat the customers like gold, I come on my only day off a lot of the time. And all of this goes unappreciated by my boss. Someone needs to do something before someone sues the company because of these two people!!!
