Dear babies r us,
you have lost a very very loyal customer. I had purchased all the diapers i needed for a free box of diapers by 3/2. According to the great emails that you had sent out periodically reminding us how many diaper boxes i needed to purchase i had until 12/25 to purchase all the diapers until i get the free one. On 3/2 i had purchased the final box of diapers that i needed. When i went to go check the status of when i would get my free box i couldn't find it on the site anymore. (it was there the week prior). When i called about it they said that corporate would call me back... They never did. I HAD TO CALL!!! To be jacked around by your customer service people. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at your stores. I have dealt with the rude, unknowledgeable staff and the equally rude customers. I have dealt with your almost always being out of stock in my son's size (size 7) and getting less diapers in a box (88) for the same price as the 100 ct box. But now i am through. Your company will never see another cent from me. EVER!!! And for everyone else reading this, GO TO DIAPERS.com you get the diapers in 2 days, no shipping cost, more in the box, no taxes to pay, and no unknowledgeable staff to deal with and they always have the size in stock!!!
In conclusion, I AM THOUGH!!! You guys have jacked me around for the last time.
