Horrible Service from the dispatcher, tech and supervisor=WENDELL - RUN LOCAL LOCKSMITH

Called for immediate change of locks, told dispatcher gotta be gone by 1pm. Dispatcher in turn says i will have the TECH CALL YOU to see if he can make it on time. Tech calls and I tell him " DONT COME". He comes to my place of business ANYWAY and demands 15.00 for service fee. I speak to Wendell the supervisor, told him i did cancel and he answers... Ugh well you still need to pay the service fee. I paid it because I had clients in my office but IM STOPING PAYMENT NOW!
