Fraud, failure to return calls or emails, refusal to fix errors

I ordered a pair of boots and told them I wear bates size 14. My foot is a 13, they send me the wrong size, twice on my nickel and now refuse to answer the telephone or my emails.

I am stuck with a boot that I cannot wear nor can I sell it. I am in the Army Guard and need these boots and yet they don't care about reipping off service members.
